55 yr female patient was admitted in our hospital (weight 130 kg) she is having history of diabetes & hypertension .She came with complain of fever ,throat and nasal swab . Confirmed H1N1 (Swine flu) category C with bilateral lung infiltration. Patient is treated with ventilator by Dr. SHAILESH JADAV & team..Patient is survived from our Isolation unit..
