Advanced Cholecystectomy

Four port laparoscopy is standard for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Routinely two 10mm and two 5 mm trochars. The latest one is minilap surgery in which one 10mm trochar and three 3mm trochars are used. In our case we used we did reduced port minilap chole in which two 3mm port and one ten mm port used to do the surgery.
